To provide leadership in the areas of wind power and wind energy in order to reduce Palestine's dependence on unsustainable sources of energy, lead to formulate public policy that promotes greater use of wind energy (and other forms of renewable energy), and develop strategic associates that share and advance the goal of making Green Palestine.
